I know that may sound a very dramatic statement, but having watched the group demographics and confidence of the individuals attending the classes change, I feel I can justify such words.

People take part in dance classes for many reasons.  To get fitter, meet new people, to experience the passion the music evokes.  Because of this, Groove Academy have majored on the latin and other energy dances.  We teach Cuban Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton, Cha Cha, Rumba, rock n Roll, Samba, Freestyle, and BODYJAM.  In fact, if your hips need to wiggle, we teach it.
