Salsa Footwork - Thursdays 7pm
The music and movement from Cuba is infectious. We teach Crossbody and Cuban. If you've never danced before this is perfect for you. If you've learnt a little bit and want to improve your skills this is also the place to be! To ease you back in since Lockdown we will be teaching footwork routines to help us abide by social distancing rules. Remember if you can't dance on your own - it's difficult to dance together, so improve your own skills ready for being able to dance together again!
Bachata Footwork - Thursdays 8pm
The most recent Latin dance style to hit the social scene with it originating from the Dominican Republic. We combine the different styles of Bachata to give you the full experience. To ease you back in since Lockdown we will be teaching footwork routines to help us abide by social distancing rules. Remember if you can't dance on your own - it's difficult to dance together, so improve your own skills ready for being able to dance together again!
Salsa and Bachata Partner Work - Thursdays 9pm
This is an open level class for partner work which means it's suitable for anyone and everyone. One month is Salsa and the next is Bachata. Partners will not be swapping round as is normally usual on the dance scene. You need to keep the same partner each time you attend. This person must be someone who is in your household or in your support bubble.
Rock 'n' Roll and Lindy Hop - Mondays 8pm
You may be too young to have bopped in the '50s but come and embrace the music and moves with us. Learn and practise the strolls, shines and line-ups of swing and rock 'n' roll. Get yourself back into the Groove after Lockdown. Please note: This class will not have any partner work for the time being.
Zumba Gold - Tuesdays & Fridays 9:30am
A workout for those new to exercise or those who aren't keen on bouncing and twisting.
Pilates - Mondays 7pm
Designed for rehabilitation but great for toning the body. Perfect to strengthen your back and abdominals. Bring your own mat.
